Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Returns are accepted only if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- The wrong item was supplied

Non-returnable:
- Used or installed electrical products
- Special order items

All returns must be approved before sending back.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

All electrical items must be installed by a qualified electrician. Warranty may be void if incorrectly installed.
